Product Overview
HM-LSG is intended for laboratory and process-support measurement of soluble phosphate ions in water-quality workflows. It uses automatic peristaltic-pump injection and photoelectric colorimetric detection. The instrument is described for desalinated water, steam condensate and boiler water, including testing work in power plants and related chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, chemical fiber and semiconductor settings.
Measurement Principle
The method references GB/T 6913-2023 for phosphate determination in boiler and cooling water. In an acidic medium with antimony salt, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate to form phosphomolybdate yellow. Ascorbic acid reduces the complex to phosphomolybdate blue. Its absorbance is strongest at 710 nm, and the instrument uses photoelectric detection and an internal calibration curve to calculate concentration as phosphate (PO₄³⁻).

Automatic flow injection supports continuous multi-sample testing without manual addition.
Preset and user-defined calibration curves support routine analysis and method development.
Wi-Fi upload, USB export, built-in thermal printing and storage for up to 5 million results support record handling.
Automatic pipeline cleaning is available after detection; the pump and tubing are covered by a protective dust cover.

Phosphate monitoring in desalinated water, steam condensate and boiler water.
Laboratory or process-support testing for power generation, chemical and fertilizer production, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, chemical fiber and semiconductor operations.
