Product Overview

The HM-FKJ from HM Instruments seals 51-well and 97-well quantitative trays using electrically driven heated rollers. Used with the corresponding trays, sample bottles and enzyme-substrate reagents, it prepares partitioned water samples for incubation and most-probable-number interpretation.

Applications

The sealer prepares the tray; reagents, incubation and result interpretation complete the microbiological test.

Operation and Support

Prepare the water sample with the selected enzyme-substrate reagent, fill the compatible quantitative tray and seal it using the programmed procedure.
