Product Overview:
Conductivity online monitoring device is a commonly used instrument equipment, mainly used for precise measurement of the conductivity of liquid media, widely used in industries, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields.
Measurement principle:
The conductivity of water, which is the reciprocal of its electrical resistance, is commonly used to measure water quality. Conductivity is the ability of an object to conduct current, and the controller's built-in microcomputer circuit converts the conductivity value by measuring the concentration of electrolytes present in water. This indicator is commonly used to estimate the total concentration or salt content of ions in water.
Standard liquid configuration:
1410us/cm conductivity calibration solution
Preparation: Place the primary potassium chloride reagent in a drying oven at a constant temperature of 220 degrees Celsius and dry for 2 hours. Weigh 0.744g and place it in a container. Dissolve the reagent in 1000mL of distilled or deionized water with a conductivity lower than 0.2uS/cm and a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius
Conductivity calibration:
Place the conductive electrode into a low concentration standard solution, enter the calibration menu - low point calibration, wait for about 3 minutes to stabilize, enter the conductivity value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm storage.
Place the conductive electrode into a high concentration standard solution, enter the calibration menu - high point calibration, wait for stability, enter the conductivity value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm storage.
The system automatically calculates parameters. If there are still errors after calibration, please recalibrate.
