If ammonia nitrogen is measured using Nessler's reagent or salicylic acid spectrophotometry, and nitrite is measured using diazo coupling spectrophotometry, the color intensity of the product is directly proportional to the concentration of the analyte.
Precision optical detection: The reaction solution is injected into a precision colorimetric cell, and the instrument is illuminated by an imported ultra-high brightness LED light source. A high-precision optical sensor detects the absorbance value at a specific wavelength.
