The Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) Analyzer is based on the national standard "HJ505-2009" 5-day cultivation method, simulating the biodegradation process of organic matter in nature. It uses a simple, safe, and reliable mercury free pressure difference sensing method to measure the concentration of BOD in water; Fully intelligent design, leading R&D technology and design manufacturing, no need for laboratory personnel to be on duty during the experimental process; Suitable for biochemical oxygen demand measurement in the fields of polluting enterprises, environmental monitoring, sewage treatment plants, third-party testing institutions, scientific research, universities, etc.
Product features:
1. Adopting internationally advanced mercury free differential pressure method, with no mercury pollution and accurate and reliable data;
2. 6 testing terminals, independently controlled, and capable of adding new measurement groups at any time during the testing process;
3. The Android system provides a better interactive experience and is more convenient and efficient;
4. 7-inch LCD touch screen, user-friendly human-machine interaction design, all numerical comparison display, simple and intuitive;
5. No manual conversion is required, the instrument can directly display BOD concentration values, and multiple sets of data can be displayed on a unified interface;
6. The instrument can automatically analyze and draw the data curve of the measured water sample, and multiple sets of curves can be displayed on a unified interface;
7. The test terminal is connected to the host via Bluetooth and wirelessly transmits data to the host for display.
8. Each testing terminal is equipped with a large capacity lithium battery with a lifespan of over 2 years, and a brief power outage has no impact on the testing;
9. The base integrates 6 USB ports, which can be directly used to charge the testing terminal, and can be used for more than six months when fully charged.
10. There is no pipeline design in the experimental stage to avoid drawbacks such as pipeline aging and air leakage;
11. The measurement range can be selected, and no dilution is required when the water sample concentration is below 4000g/L;
12. The measuring instrument automatically records measurement data, and the time recording frequency can be set arbitrarily, making the detection data more accurate;

17. The instrument is equipped with a cloud platform that allows for wireless upload of detection data via WIFI. After logging in on a computer or mobile phone, the data can be viewed, analyzed, and statistically analyzed more clearly.
