Working principle
The water quality ozone detector is based on the standard principle of "HJ 504-2009 Determination of Water Quality Ozone - Sodium Indigo Disulfonate spectrophotometric method", and achieves accurate determination of ozone concentration through photoelectric colorimetric method:
Color reaction: Ozone in the water sample reacts specifically with indigo disulfonate (IDS) reagent, causing the reagent to fade, and the degree of fading is proportional to the concentration of ozone.
Optical detection: The instrument is equipped with an imported cold light source and measures the absorbance changes of the solution at a specific wavelength (600nm).
Intelligent computing: Automatically calculate ozone concentration through built-in calibration curves and directly display detection results.
The instrument adopts automatic wavelength selection technology and temperature compensation function to ensure accurate and reliable detection results under different environmental conditions, with measurement repeatability<0.5%.
