Product Introduction:

The portable proportional water quality sampler is a fully automatic sample collection and freezing device developed based on the requirements of national environmental monitoring technical specifications and the special needs of China's public security anti drug departments for drug monitoring through sewage. The unique design of instant sampling, instant freezing, and intelligent lock can effectively reduce sampling workload and human intervention risks, ensure sample quality, enhance sample authenticity, and is particularly suitable for the sampling work needs of toxicity monitoring through sewage. This instrument has password protection, power-off protection and other protection functions, and can achieve sampling in various ways such as timed, time proportional, flow proportional, external control sampling, serial port control, etc.

Features:

1. Sample separation function: The instrument can achieve 1-12 bottle separation and sample retention, and the number of bottles can be freely set;

2. Sampling function: It can achieve multiple sampling methods such as timed sampling, time proportional sampling, flow proportional sampling, external control sampling, serial port control, etc;

3. Recording function: It can record the sample bottle number, sample retention time, sample retention amount, COD value, and NH3-N value for each sampling, and can record the latest 1000 data records;

4. External interfaces: flowmeter simulation interface, RS485 interface;

5. Power off protection function: When the instrument is powered off and reconnected during operation, it can automatically restore its original operating state, and the instrument parameters will not be lost after power failure;

6. Automatic emptying function: After each sampling is completed, the system can automatically empty the water in the sampling pipeline to ensure that there is no sedimentation blockage in the sampling pipeline;

7. Anti overflow function: Users can set the number of sample bottles to be retained, and stop retaining samples after completing the set number of bottles;

8. Water sample refrigeration function: Using an efficient refrigeration device, the retained water sample can be stored in an environment between 0 ℃ and 4 ℃;

Working mode: 

1. Timed sampling: According to the sampling schedule, the water quality automatic sampler collects quantitative water samples from the sampling point into the retention bottle.

2. Time proportional sampling: According to the set sampling time interval, the water quality automatic sampler collects quantitative water samples from the sampling point into the retention bottle.

3. Proportional sampling of flow rate: For each volume of water flowing through, the automatic water quality sampler automatically collects a quantitative water sample from the sampling point into a retention bottle.

4. Excessive retention of samples (external control sampling): When receiving an external trigger signal such as a switch signal or an analog signal, the water quality automatic sampler will collect a quantitative water sample from the sampling point into the retention bottle.

5. Serial port control: When receiving a serial port command, sample according to the command requirements.
