Product Introduction:
The laboratory phosphate analyzer is a rapid analysis equipment that integrates automatic sampling technology and photoelectric detection technology. The instrument performs colorimetric quantification on the reaction solution after color development, and obtains the corresponding phosphate content based on the built-in standard curve of the instrument. This instrument is suitable for industries such as power plants, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, chemical fibers, semiconductors, etc. It is suitable for detecting and analyzing the content of soluble phosphate ions in water such as desalinated water, steam condensate water, and boiler water. Designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard GB/T 6913-2023 Analysis Methods for Boiler Water and Cooling Water - Determination of Phosphates.
Working Principle:
The laboratory phosphate analyzer uses the principle of photoelectric colorimetry for measurement. Phosphate in acidic water samples reacts with vanadium molybdate to form a yellow mixture of phosphorus, vanadium, and molybdic acid. The phosphate ion content is then determined using a phosphate analyzer based on the principle of photoelectric colorimetry. According to Lambert Beer's law, when a monochromatic parallel light passes through a colored solution, a portion of the light energy is absorbed by the solution. If the thickness of the liquid layer remains constant, the degree of light energy absorption (absorbance A) is proportional to the concentration of colored substances in the solution.
