Product Introduction
The laboratory trace silicate analyzer is suitable for detecting the content of trace silicate ions in sample water. Widely used in power plants, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, chemical fibers, semiconductors and other industries, suitable for the detection and analysis of soluble silicate content in desalinated water, steam condensate water, boiler water and other water; Design and manufacture according to the standard GB/T12149-2017 Determination of Silicon in Industrial Circulating Cooling Water and Boiler Water.
Working Principle
The silicate analyzer uses the principle of photoelectric colorimetry for measurement. Under pH conditions of 1.1-1.3, soluble silicon in water reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow silicon molybdenum complex. The silicon molybdenum complex is reduced to silicon molybdenum blue using ferrous ammonium sulfate solution, and its silicon content is measured using a silicate analyzer. According to Lambert Beer's law, when a monochromatic parallel light passes through a colored solution, a portion of the light energy is absorbed by the solution. If the thickness of the liquid layer remains constant, the degree of light energy absorption (absorbance A) is proportional to the concentration of colored substances in the solution.

11. It has a self-cleaning function and can automatically clean the pipeline after detection is completed.
