Product Overview
PH online monitoring device is a commonly used instrument and equipment, mainly used for precise measurement of the acidity/alkalinity/redox potential of liquid media, widely used in industries, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields.
Measuring principle
The measurement electrode is immersed in a solution, and H+ions generate a battery voltage between the electrode membrane and the solution. The battery voltage generated by the electrode is proportional to the pH value. The built-in microcomputer circuit of the controller obtains the pH value by measuring the battery voltage.
Standard liquid configuration
When shipping, three packages of pH standard buffer solution are randomly included, namely 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18 standard buffer solutions.
PH standard solution configuration
4.01 PH standard solution
Put 4.01 standard buffer solution into a container, mix with 250mL of purified water, and stir evenly before use.
The preparation method of 6.86 and 9.18 standard buffer is the same as that of 4.01 standard buffer.
PH calibration
Place the pH electrode into standard solution No. 1 (4.01 or 6.86), enter the calibration menu - low point calibration, wait for about 5 minutes to stabilize, then enter the value of this standard solution and press ENTER to confirm storage.
Place the pH electrode into standard solution No. 2 (9.18 or 6.86), enter the calibration menu - high point calibration, wait for stability (about 5 minutes), enter the value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm storage.
The system automatically calculates parameters. If there are still errors after calibration, please recalibrate.
Attention: The standard solution used for high point calibration must be larger than the standard solution used for low point calibration.
