Instrument Description
The FC-100 multi-purpose analytical analyzer, when used in conjunction with corresponding ion selective electrodes or sensors, can be used to determine solution pH and various ion, substance concentrations and parameters, including pH, dissolved oxygen saturation, dissolved oxygen concentration, temperature, redox potential, millivolt voltage value, and ammonia, bromide ions (Br -), cadmium ions (Cd+), calcium ions (Ca2+), chloride ions (Cl -), copper ions (Cu2+), cyanide ions (CN -), fluoride ions (F -), iodine ions (I -), lead ions (Pb2+), lithium ions (Li+), nitrogen oxides (NOX), chloride ions (ClO4-), hydrogen ions (H+). The concentrations of fluoroborate ions (BF4-), potassium ions (K+), sodium ions (Na+), silver ions (Ag -), carbon dioxide, and sulfur ions (S2-), as well as water hardness (calcium magnesium ion Ca2+Mg2+concentration). Therefore, this instrument has high cost-effectiveness and wide applicability.
Introduction and use of instruments
The instrument has two display windows, usually the main (large) display window displays the measured value of the measured variable, and the secondary (small) display window displays the measured variable representing a string. When the instrument is measuring substance or ion concentration, the main (large) display window displays the main value, and the secondary (small) display window displays the value representing the power exponent of 10 and C (C represents concentration measurement). For example, when the instrument displays "3.25-2 C", it indicates that the instrument is in a concentration measurement state, and the concentration of the tested sample is 3.25X10-2.
There are four keys on the instrument panel, which are called the left key, up key, down key, and right key according to their positions.
The left button is the conversion key for the measured variable. Pressing and holding the left button will display the string representing the measured variable in the small display window; It displays PH, C,%, PPM, MV, ORP, or ℃, which respectively represent acidity (PH) measurement, substance or ion concentration measurement (C), dissolved oxygen saturation measurement (%), dissolved oxygen concentration measurement (PPM), high resistance millivolt measurement (MV), oxidation-reduction potential measurement (ORP), and temperature measurement (℃). Press and hold the left button to continuously change the string represented by the measured variable (accompanied by a beep sound). When the left button is released when a string represented by the measured variable is displayed, the instrument will enter the measurement state of the measured variable represented by that string. When setting parameters, the left button is the back button, used to return to the previous operation.
The up and down keys are the standard 1 and standard 2 calibration keys, respectively. When the up or down keys are pressed, the instrument will display "X CALI", which indicates that a calibration with a standard value of X will be performed (CALI is an abbreviation of the English word Calibration). Press and hold the up or down key, wait for three beeps and a black screen to sound, then release the key to complete the calibration. When setting parameters, the up and down keys are respectively the parameter value increase and decrease keys.
Right click is the parameter setting key. When pressed, the instrument panel will display "PARA SEt", which indicates that parameter setting is about to be performed (PARA SEt is an abbreviation of the English word Parameter Set). Press and hold the right button, wait for three beeps and a black screen to sound, then release the button and the instrument will enter parameter settings.
The instrument also has a set of 0-5V analog signal output terminals, which output measurement value signals. Can be used to connect an external recorder or send to a computer A/D sampling port. The analog signal output terminal is easy to connect, just press the square button and insert it into the wire connector to release the square button.
